Bestway Air Mattress Loses Air Within Hours Despite No Visible Damage


Last year, I purchased a Bestway queen-size raised air mattress from the Koçtaş Forum Istanbul store, and it worked without any issues during the first two uses. However, when I used it again this year for my guests, I noticed that the mattress completely deflated within 1–2 hours after being inflated. I have been experiencing the same problem every time I use it over the past month. There are no holes, tears, or visible defects on the mattress; I used it carefully indoors. I also can’t find any spot to apply a patch, and I used the product’s original electric pump.
I bought the product from Koçtaş with a 2-year warranty, and it is still within its first year. I cannot find the invoice, but my purchase record exists in Koçtaş’s system. I have not yet contacted Bestway or Koçtaş customer service. I am requesting a replacement because I was very satisfied with the product at first and chose it based on trust in the brand.
I kindly request that the issue I have experienced be resolved.
