Bestway Inflatable Mattress Punctures Within First Week of Use
I purchased a Bestway inflatable mattress from Hepsiburada.com, but it developed a hole within the first week of use. I was contacted, but they were unable to reach me at the time. I am requesting that they contact me again. I am asking for a replacement. I was contacted again on the 18th of the month and was told to initiate a return through the “My Orders” section; however, I am unable to do so because the 14-day return period has already passed. Can you please assist me?
