Bepanthol Eye Drops Hard to Use — Dropper Defective

I have been using Bepanthol Moisturizing Eye Drops for about two weeks, and the quality of the dropper is extremely poor. When I try to use the drops, it can take up to two hours for a drop to come out. This makes the product very difficult to use and does not meet my expectations.

I purchased the product from Berrak Pharmacy in Etiler, Istanbul. I will attach the packaging and expiration date images. So far, I have only experienced issues with the dropper—there have been no other problems with the product itself.

I am requesting a replacement for this item.
