Bepanthol Diaper Cream Issue: Changed Texture and Color

I have been using Bepanthol diaper cream for a long time, but this time it was different. The consistency was more liquid and lumpy, resembling curdled milk, and the colour was noticeably whiter. Usually, it has a thicker consistency, doesn't flow easily, and has a slightly yellowish hue; I'm confused. Should I be concerned about the product that expires in 2026, or is it not authentic? I have concerns. I purchased the product in two 100-gram packages from the Merrly seller on Hepsiburada, and both packages were identical.
