BeNaughty auto-renewed my subscription unexpectedly, how can I cancel before next charge?

BeNaughty uses automatic renewal by default, so even if you didn’t expect it, your subscription will continue unless you manually cancel it before the next billing cycle.

The key is to cancel properly and early, ideally at least 3 days before renewal, to avoid being charged again.

To stop the next charge, log into your account and go to Account → Membership Settings → Cancel Subscription, then follow the prompts until you get a confirmation.

If you subscribed via Apple or Google Play, you must cancel directly in those stores, not on the website.

After canceling, make sure your status shows “canceled” and save proof (email or screenshot), because some services keep billing if cancellation isn’t fully completed.

If you don’t receive confirmation, contact support immediately with your account details to force cancellation.
