Beko Refrigerator Not Cooling for a Month: Unresolved Issue with Authorized Service

For 1 month, our Beko refrigerator was not cooling. The service came and the problem was not solved. It was the Beko Doğugarajı Authorized Service that took care of us. The service started to come and go like this, every time they came, they would make an appointment for 1 week later. They came 6 or 7 times within 1 month and the problem is still not solved. We have been without a refrigerator for 1 month imagine the challenge here in the heat of Antalya. They also broke our intact product and left us on our own. Today (16.08.2023) is their eighth visit. Still no solution has been found. Although I asked for a product replacement, they still said that they did not make a product replacement. all these years, I have never seen such indifference. I will apply wherever I need to complain, pursue my rights to the end. You have to replace my broken product for sure.
