Beko 678551 EI Refrigerator Noise Problem

On March 7, 2024, I acquired the Beko 678551 EI model refrigerator, which is advertised as the quietest on the market, with a noise level of 35 decibels. However, following installation, complications with the light and door necessitated a product exchange because the same model was not in stock. Beko sent me the newest model, 678552 EI. Initially, I was pleased with the quiet operation of the first refrigerator, which was the primary reason for my purchase. However, the replacement unit began to emit a noise resembling water boiling, as opposed to the natural inverter motor or ice-breaking sound, which was especially evident at night and caused persistent disruption. Despite my complaints, the service technician did not detect any noise during his quick visit. I recorded the sound in the evening and will put it here. Furthermore, the technician erroneously reported our chat about design defects as the cause of my complaint, calling his professionalism into question. After contacting Beko customer service, I was told that the region had been notified, and I was instructed to wait. As Beko seeks to become a global brand, putting customer pleasure first is essential.
