BEIN Sports Not Working Properly

As a longtime subscriber to Bein Sports, I was watching a match with my disabled father on Bein Connect when the stream suddenly stopped. Even though we told the customer service rep that we were watching on Bein Connect, he suggested we switch to satellite TV, even though we were 1000 km away from the TV. It was annoying to miss the match and have to deal with such bad customer service. Even worse, when I asked to cancel my subscription because of this, I was charged 414 TL without an apology or compensation. It's a shame that our experience of watching the game was ruined and that a company we trusted treated us this way. I hope that Bein Sports will fix this nonsense.
