beIN Connect Has Not Refunded My Canceled Student Subscription
On July 23, 2026, my daughter used my credit card to purchase the beIN Connect Student Full Stars Package (Boxless) under the student promotion. Shortly after completing the purchase, we realized that this package could only be used on mobile phones and tablets, which did not meet our needs. Therefore, we requested cancellation of the subscription on the same day.
The cancellation was successfully processed, and we were informed that the refund would be issued on July 30, 2026. However, despite the promised refund date having passed, no refund has been credited to my credit card.
We have contacted customer service several times, but no concrete solution has been provided. In addition, the different communication channels of beIN Sports have repeatedly redirected us to one another instead of providing a clear explanation or resolving the issue. While beIN Connect completed the subscription and collected the payment immediately, the refund process has been unnecessarily delayed, causing significant inconvenience.
I respectfully request that the ₺99.00 payment made on July 23, 2026, be refunded to my credit card without further delay. I also request that this matter be reviewed promptly and that I receive a written update regarding the status of my refund and the reason for the delay.
