I am a Digiturk subscriber using the “Star of Entertainment and Europe” package. As part of this package, the Bein Sports / Lig TV content broadcast on channel 77— which is supposed to be available throughout the commitment period—was cut off on February 6, 2026, without any prior notice or valid explanation.
Even though the package brochure clearly states that this service would be provided for the entire duration of the contract, when I contacted customer service, I was told that this was not the case and that the service would not be available throughout the commitment period.
This information contradicts what is stated in the brochure, and I have been negatively affected because a service that I was supposed to receive for 12 months was discontinued approximately 4 months early without justification.
My subscriber number is 107983467. I request that the Bein Sports / Lig TV service on channel 77, which is included in my package, be restored immediately in accordance with the campaign terms and the information provided in the brochure.
