BeautyPlus Subscription Issue Refund Request

I am using the BeautyPlus app on my iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 18), and I accidentally subscribed to a paid plan inside the app. There is no clear option in the app to cancel this subscription, and despite trying many times to find a way to unsubscribe, I could not locate any cancellation button or instructions. As a result, on the evening of April 3, 2026, an amount of ₱1,690 was deducted from my GCash account linked to the number 09671325615, and this money was not mine. After noticing the charge, I tried to cancel the subscription through the app, but it was not possible, and I also reached out to support channels. I have already contacted the relevant support (BeautyPlus/Apple/App Store/GCash), but my request is still pending and no final decision has been made yet. In this situation, I request both the full refund of the ₱1,690 that was charged and the immediate cancellation of the BeautyPlus subscription so that no further payments are taken. I expect clear confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that the deducted amount has been returned.
