Beauty Plus Subscription Raised My Phone Bill Without Approval
On October 16, 2025, an unauthorized subscription charge of $14 from the Beauty Plus app was added to my bill while using my iPhone 13, without my knowledge or consent. I did not knowingly or intentionally purchase this subscription, and honestly, I did not even understand what I might have approved. When I saw this charge today, November 20, 2025, through a billing notification SMS from Vodafone, I was shocked and very upset.
My normal monthly bill is not even $12, so seeing my bill increase so drastically because of this single app has put me in serious financial difficulty. My ability to pay is limited, and I am not in a position to afford this unexpected $14 charge.
I urgently request that the Beauty Plus subscription charged through Vodafone be canceled immediately and that the $14 be refunded to me. I kindly ask that this charge—taken without my knowledge or approval—be corrected and that my grievance be resolved.
