I purchased the Beats Studio Buds in November 2021, but I have been facing frequent connection problems with my iPhone ever since. While I can see the battery status when opening the case, the earbuds often fail to connect for audio.
I took the earbuds to Apple Akasya service center twice. The first time, no issues were detected, and they performed a software update, but the problem persisted. On the second visit, they suggested it might be due to my iPhone’s network settings, but even after trying their solution, the issue remains unresolved.
I’ve tested the earbuds on multiple iPhones with different iOS versions, and the problem persists. After over a year of frustration, I am requesting a replacement for wireless earbuds that actually work as promised.
