Beats by Dre Refund Still Has Not Reached My Card

On 07/23/2025, I received a message from the Kolay Gelsin shipping company confirming that the return process had been completed. However, despite that notification, the refund still has not been transferred back to my card.

Every time I contact Beats by Dre customer service, I am told that someone will get back to me “as soon as possible,” yet nothing actually happens. I still do not understand what exactly I am waiting for or why I continue to be kept waiting without any clear explanation. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I never even accepted or received the package, yet my refund has still not been processed.

It feels like customers are being forced to suffer because of problems between the company and the shipping provider. This entire experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand and its customer support process. For a company that presents itself as premium and high quality, the handling of this refund situation has been extremely disappointing.

I request that my refund be processed immediately and that a clear explanation finally be provided regarding the unnecessary delay.
