Brand New Beats by Dre Headphones Did Not Work Out of the Box

I purchased a Beats by Dre headset, which is a premium and high-priced product. The headset remained inside its original box and was never used before. However, when I finally opened the package to use the device, I discovered that the headset was not functioning at all.

I followed all required charging steps and carefully completed the user instructions necessary to activate and operate the headset, but the product still did not work. Despite being brand new and unused, the device appeared to be defective right out of the box.

Over the course of several months, I contacted customer service multiple times by phone, yet no effective solution was ever provided. Later, following the recommendation of customer support, I took the headset to the authorized KVK Service Center at the Suadiye Bağdat branch in Istanbul. Unfortunately, the authorized staff there were also unable or unwilling to perform any meaningful action. No repair was completed, no replacement was offered, and in what felt like a truly absurd situation, I was simply advised to purchase a new headset instead.

For a premium product sold at such a high price, this level of customer service and support is completely unacceptable. I request that my defective Beats by Dre headset be properly replaced or repaired under warranty and that this issue finally be resolved in a fair and professional manner.
