Please Unlock My Account
On the morning of 12 July I registered a new account on the BDG WIN platform, deposited 300 rupees and started playing. After playing only two to three games, my account was suddenly locked and I began to receive the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked” so I have not been able to log in again since that moment. There is now a balance of approximately 400 rupees in my BDG WIN account that I cannot access because of this lock. I contacted BDG WIN customer care and tried to solve the problem, but they did not provide any effective solution and my account remains locked without any clear explanation. I request that my BDG WIN account be urgently reviewed, the unfair lock be removed or, if the account will not be reactivated, that my full remaining balance be refunded to me without any deduction.
