I have been using the BDG Win game on my Realme phone, and my account has recently been blocked. When I try to log in, I receive the message “Error: 116 – User has been locked,” and I cannot access my account at all. My registered mobile number on BDG Win is 7254829771.
After my account was locked, I contacted BDG Win customer support and requested that my account be reactivated. However, they have not resolved the issue, and my account remains blocked. I have not received any helpful response, and I still do not understand the reason for this restriction.
