My BDG Deposit Is Not Credited - I Need Help Resolving It!!

My deposit has not been credited to my BDG ID 15372089. The deposit amount is 10000, made on 01/03/2025 at 12:59 pm. The UTR number is 50605935****, and the receiver UPI is payouts.nidhirsp**-*@rbl. I have tried everything, but the recharge has not been completed. I have sent my bank statement and bank confirmation email multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved.
