BDG Deposit Not Received

My deposit has not been credited to my BDG ID 3251***. The deposit amount is 1000, made on 02/04/2025 at 12:35 pm. The UTR number is 040623786*** , and the receiver UPI is payouts. T2504021236099250957***. I have tried everything, but the recharge has not been completed. I have sent my bank statement and bank confirmation email multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Please assist me in resolving this problem as soon as possible.
