My BDG Deposit Not Received

I am a BDG user. On May 15, I deposited 500 rupees, but the amount has not been credited to my account. My user ID is , the receiver UPI ID is 9322485***@ibl, and the UTR number is 399797255***. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this deposit issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
