I Face Big Daddy Game Withdrawal Scam After Receiving Only ₹1

My name is Vishal, and I am a user of Big Daddy Game with game UID 13671168. On March 31, 2026, at 02:36:40, I requested a withdrawal of ₹40,000. In the app, this withdrawal is shown as “successful,” and they also provided the withdrawal ID WD2026033102364059255325c along with UTR details. However, only ₹1 was actually credited to my account.

In my bank statement, I can clearly see the transaction entry: “31 Mar 2026 UPI/244944500906/CR/SAND/SBIN/72**@freecharge/UPI S84900107 0.00 1.00,” which shows that only ₹1 was received from the same response or UTR reference. At the same time, the proof provided by the app makes it appear as though the full ₹40,000 was withdrawn using the same reference ID. Because of this, I strongly believe I have been scammed under the name of a withdrawal.

When I contacted support or the agent, I was simply told that the transaction was already marked as “successful.” However, this is not true in my case, because ₹40,000 never reached my account and I received only ₹1. I have PDF copies of my bank statement and a hand-recorded video clearly showing the issue, and I am ready to provide them as proof.

I request that Big Daddy Game urgently review my account and compare my bank statement with this withdrawal ID and UPI transaction, verify that only ₹1 was credited instead of ₹40,000, and investigate the agent or process involved. I want the full ₹40,000 to be credited to my UPI or bank account without any further delay. I also request a detailed investigation into this incident so that this kind of fraud does not happen to other users or me again.
