I Did Not Receive My Game Reward in My BDG Account

I have not received the 500 INR in my BDG game account, and I have faced this problem many times. The receiver ID is ziarul1***@sbi and my UTR number is 319833423***. I have already submitted a complaint to BDG about this at least 4 to 5 times, but I have not received any response. I kindly request BDG to please help me with this issue. Thank you.
