BDG Win Withdrawal Completed but Money Not Credited to Bank Account

I made a withdrawal of 20,000 from the BDG Win game, and the withdrawal status shows successfully completed. However, the money has still not been credited to my savings account. The withdrawal was marked as completed on January 8, but I have not received the funds yet.

I contacted customer service, and they asked me to wait 72 hours, but even after waiting, the money has still not been credited to my account.
