BDG Win Error 116: User Locked After Deposit – Refund Complaint

I opened a new account today on the Big Daddy Game / BDG Win website and deposited 600 Rs into this account. Shortly after, when I tried to log in again, I could not access my account and the system showed the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked”. Because of this situation, I cannot reach my account or use the balance of 600 Rs that I have inside. I contacted the platform via email, but my problem has still not been resolved and my account remains locked. I request that my 600 Rs balance be fully refunded to me as soon as possible. I want the refund to be made to this number: 9766114*** and I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved urgently.
