BDG Wallet Deposit Not Showing Up After Payment

On 12 February at around 2 p.m., I deposited an amount of 7,999 into my BDG wallet account. Despite this transaction, the money has still not been reflected in my wallet balance. I have not received any helpful information or response from BDG regarding the status of this deposit. The lack of feedback and the delay in processing my money are causing me serious concern and inconvenience. I request that my 7,999 deposit be urgently located and credited to my BDG wallet account without any further delay, and that I be informed in detail about the reason for this problem.
