BDG Deposit Not Received Many Times - No Response From Support Team

I deposited money many times on BDG, and although a few deposits were received, many of them did not show up. I keep reporting this issue, but I am still not getting any response. Please solve my problem and deposit my money into my game wallet; otherwise, I will take action against BDG.
