BDG Game Deposit Not Credited – ₹500 Payment Successful but Wallet Not Updated
On July 11, 2026, I deposited ₹500 into my BDG Game account through Bha Duka Event Opc Pvt Ltd. The payment was successfully completed, and I have a payment confirmation with the reference number 619273271906. However, the amount has still not been credited to my BDG Game wallet. After noticing that my account balance had not been updated, I contacted BDG Game customer support. They informed me that they could not find the deposit in their system and asked me to provide a screen recording or other proof from my banking application. I promptly submitted the requested video along with screenshots clearly showing that the payment of ₹500 was successfully processed. Despite providing all the requested evidence, the deposit has still not been credited to my account. I am also attaching my payment confirmation and my in-app deposit history, which clearly demonstrate that the funds have not been added to my BDG Game wallet. I kindly request that my ₹500 deposit be credited to my BDG Game account immediately or, if this cannot be done, that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
