BDG GAME Account Locked

I have been using my BDG GAME account on my Android device, but my account was banned around 7 months ago and since then I have not been able to log in. Every time I try to access my account, I see the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked” on the login screen. I do not know the reason why my account was locked and I have not been given any explanation. I want my BDG GAME account to be checked urgently and the unjust account lock to be removed so that my account can be unlocked and I can use it again. I kindly request that my account be reactivated as soon as possible and that I be informed of the reason for the lock, if any.
