BDG Game Error 116 Locked My Account – Request Account Unlock
My BDG Game mobile app account has been locked for the last 20 hours without any prior warning or notification. When I try to log in, I see the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked,” and I am unable to access my account. I also cannot reach your customer service through the usual channels, so I have no information about why my account was suddenly locked or whether there is any action required from my side. I request that my account be urgently unlocked and that I am clearly informed about the exact reason for this lock and what caused it, so that I can avoid facing the same situation again in the future.
