Please Unlock My BDG

I am a regular player of BDG Game on my iPhone and my account has suddenly been locked. When I try to log in, the screen shows “Error: 116 User has been locked” and I can no longer access my account. I also do not remember my BDG Game UID, so I cannot recover my account through the usual methods. The last time I remember being able to log in without any problem was around March–April, and after that my account started to show this error unexpectedly. I have not done anything against the game rules to my knowledge, so I do not understand why my account has been locked. I kindly request that my BDG Game account be unlocked and that you help me recover or provide my UID information, so that I can access and use my account again.
