BC.Game Won’t Load in Nigeria and Blocks Account Access

I am writing regarding an issue with my BC Game account, which I have been unable to access since yesterday. When I try to use the service from Nigeria, the page simply does not load, and I cannot reach my account at all. I have not yet been able to contact customer support through the app or website because of this access problem. I would like BC Game to check my account and the service availability in my region and restore my access as soon as possible so that I can use my account normally again.
