Two Sun Loungers from Bauhaus, Brand Sunfun, Ripped Like Paper

I bought 2 sun loungers of sunfun brand in June. As soon as I used the product for the first time in July, one of them tore. After creating a complaint request to Bauhausa, the 2nd product tore in the same way from the same place as soon as I sat down. I added this to my complaint, but no action was taken because the 2-week return period had expired. Do not buy these lousy products. If it ripped even when I sat with 58 kilos, think about it now. Both products were wasted in my hand. I wish I had bought from dechatlon properly. Cheap meat... Customer service said it was user error - I learned that sitting on a sun lounger is user error. And both products are the same way. What to do, this was my last bauhaus purchase.
