Bauhaus Loses My Karcher Order in Shipping Limbo for a Week

On June 29, 2026, I placed an order (#10692909463) on the Bauhaus Online store for 1 Karcher foam attachment (product code 11340084) and 1 Karcher K6 Special high-pressure washer (product code 61494257). At the time of ordering, the delivery date was listed as July 1, 2026, and I made this purchase relying on that date because I needed to use the products exactly then.
Today is July 7, 2026, and my order still hasn't been delivered. According to the shipping tracking information, the products have been bouncing between different provinces, but they still haven't reached me. Throughout this process, despite calling customer service multiple times, I've been strung along each time with just "we're noting it down," with no concrete solution ever offered.
To keep this from dragging on and to prevent further harm, I suggested that a new shipment be sent out and the delayed package be canceled. I asked to speak with someone in authority and offered several alternative solutions. Despite this, every one of my requests was denied — the products still aren't being delivered, and I'm not being connected with anyone who will actually address the problem.
I've been unable to receive products I paid for in full a week ago. This delay has cost me significant time and prevented me from using the products when I actually needed them. My request is that my order be delivered to me immediately and in full. If that isn't possible, I want this situation resolved appropriately. Otherwise, I want it publicly known that I will exercise all my legal rights, including filing with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
