Permanent Access Lost BGMI Deficiency in Service

I am writing regarding a serious security and access issue with my BGMI account, which has been hacked and locked from my control. On 10/06/2026, my BGMI account was compromised, and the unauthorized person started interfering with my linked X (Twitter) login. First, the hacker blocked my X account, but my BGMI access was not removed immediately. Because BGMI support and X support did not respond to my requests during this period, after about 30 days the hacker was able to completely remove my X login and attach their own social media, and at that point I lost access to my account. I have invested real money into this account through UC purchases and do not want to lose years of progress and paid items. My BGMI account details are as follows: Player ID 5356218558 and in‑game name ī乇尺尺の尺ē. The account was originally created around 2019 on PUBG Mobile and later migrated to BGMI. Over time, I used different login combinations: first only X (Twitter), then X plus Google (Gmail), then X plus Facebook, and just before the hack it was again only X as a single login method. Currently, my X login is no longer connected to the account because the hacker has attached their own social media details. I usually played on a Realme X3 SuperZoom (RMX2085) device using Jio mobile data and Airtel Wi‑Fi. I am the genuine owner of this account and I believe Krafton can verify this through backend logs, including my login history, device and network information, and all UC purchase records associated with this account. I kindly request Krafton India to investigate this case urgently, verify my ownership via the 2019–2026 account and database logs, force‑unlink the hacker’s unauthorized social media accounts, and fully restore my access so that I can securely re‑link my own email or social media. I also ask that all my previous in‑game progress and UC purchases be preserved as they were before the hack. I expect a clear response and a concrete solution so that I can safely use my account again.
