I am a BGMI mobile player using an Android device (OnePlus Nord 4). Since January 25, 2026, at 8:40 PM, I have been unable to access my original BGMI account when logging in through my linked Twitter account. When I select the Twitter login option, instead of opening my existing account with all my progress, the game starts as if I am creating a completely new account.

To resolve this issue, I have already contacted support and followed multiple troubleshooting steps. I cleared the game cache and data, reinstalled the game, and verified that the correct Twitter account is logged in through the game services app. Despite all these efforts, BGMI still does not load my original account and continues to treat each login attempt as a new account creation.
My expectation is to recover my original BGMI account that is linked to my Twitter login and to have my correct account progress fully restored and accessible again. I also request that you check whether there is any account-linking conflict on your end and resolve this issue so that I can securely log in to my existing account via Twitter without being forced to create a new profile each time. I have attached a screenshot showing my real BGMI account ID for reference.
