I have been a loyal BGMI player for over 5 years and have maintained a clean record throughout this time. Just a month ago, I reported a hacker in the game who received a 7‑day ban, while my own account, with no history of wrongdoing, has now been suspended for the same duration. I do not understand the basis for this penalty and would like to know what led to this decision. I have already reached out to you via email regarding this issue but have not received a clear explanation. I respectfully request that you thoroughly review my account and the actions associated with it, and provide a detailed reason for the ban. I also kindly ask that you lift the 7‑day ban if no concrete evidence of any violation is found.
