BGMI 10-Year Ban Error: OPPO F27 Game Booster Flagged as Hack

My BGMI account with ID 55624281489 and in‑game name TxRoXWOLF was banned on 22/07/2026 for 10 years for an alleged rules violation. BGMI believes that I used a hack, but I have never used any hacks, cheats, scripts, modified configs or third‑party tools to gain any unfair advantage. I play on an Android device, an OPPO F27 5G, and I suspect that this ban was mistakenly triggered by my phone’s default system Game Booster / Game Space, which is pre‑installed on the device and runs in the background. This feature is part of the operating system, is not a cheat tool and does not modify the game files or gameplay. I play fairly and respect Krafton’s rules, so being banned in this way is very upsetting for me. I kindly request that you manually and thoroughly review my device and account logs and confirm that I have not used any unauthorized software. After this review, I ask that my BGMI account be unbanned and my access restored so I can continue playing the game normally as a fair player.
