Withdrawal Showing Completed But Funds Not Credited
I am using the Battery gaming app on my Android phone and I am facing a serious issue with a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account. On 6 June 2026, I requested a withdrawal from my balance in the Battery app to my NSDL Bank payment account via bank transfer. However, the money has still not been credited to my bank account. On 10 June I created a request to your customer support about this missing withdrawal, but until now I have not received any response or solution. This situation is causing me financial difficulty because I urgently need this money. I request that my withdrawn amount be credited to my NSDL Bank account immediately or that a clear and prompt explanation be provided and the issue resolved without any further delay.
