Battery Game Withdrawal Missing and Invalid UTR Issue

I have been facing a serious withdrawal issue with Battery Game for more than one and a half months. On 21 March, I requested a withdrawal of ₹30,000 to my JK Bank account (account number: 0051040150000***). In the application, the status of the withdrawal is shown as “completed,” but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account. Since then, I have been contacting Battery Game customer care almost every day. Sometimes they reply, sometimes they do not, and their administration is extremely unprofessional. They asked me to provide a PDF of my bank statement, which I duly submitted. After that, they shared a UTR/transaction number 608013053057 with me, but when I checked with my bank, I was clearly informed that no such payment has been received in my account and that this UTR does not exist in their system. Despite repeatedly informing Battery Game that the ₹30,000 has not reached my JK Bank account and that the UTR is not valid according to the bank, they have still not resolved my issue. My money has been stuck for a very long time, and this is causing me a lot of stress and inconvenience. I request that my ₹30,000 withdrawal be immediately and correctly credited to my JK Bank account or that Battery Game provides a proper and verifiable transaction proof that my bank can confirm. I also expect a clear written explanation for this delay and for sharing an incorrect UTR number with me.
