Barbour Alston Wax Jacket Sent Incorrectly – Missing Hood Issue

On January 18, 2025, I purchased the Barbour Alston Wax jacket (code: 4362009), expecting it to arrive as advertised. However, instead of the correct model with a zippered hood, I received an entirely different version. This is not what I ordered, and it is extremely disappointing to receive an item that does not match the description on the website.
After contacting customer service, they requested to inspect the product, so I visited the Akbatı store, where both the store manager and a customer service representative confirmed that the product was incorrect. Since they did not have the correct model in stock, they only offered a refund.
I have been inconvenienced and left without the product I originally wanted. I request that Barbour rectify this mistake immediately by either providing the correct jacket or offering a compensatory solution for the trouble caused.
