Balans Fx Disregarded Losses, Failed to Pay Bonus, and Rejected Refund!
In July 2023, despite past negative experiences, I succumbed to the persistent calls and promises of profits from Balans Fx, creating an account and depositing money. Due to a mistake in the recipient's name during the transfer, I incurred a cost.
The positions I opened on the company's recommendation resulted in losses. Despite investing more capital due to a bonus campaign, a $100 deposit was not credited to my account, citing a change in account number, even though I had previously deposited into the same account.
My complaint stems from the company's profit-driven approach, disregarding its customers' earnings. I believe government authorities should curb the indirect activities of such companies as they contribute to capital outflows from our country without providing any benefits.
Furthermore, I lodge a complaint against company officials on this platform for their conduct, and I demand the return of my capital after a thorough review of all my call records. I hereby state that I will respond negatively to any calls from Balans Fx employees, except for the refund process.
