Bahis.com Seized Money From My Account Without Any Explanation

About six months ago, ₺200,000 was withdrawn and seized from my account in the sports betting section of Bahis.com. I contacted customer service regarding the issue, but no payment was made, and no solution was offered. My username on Bahis.com is derjwi***. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and it occurred during a standard betting transaction. I did not see any warning, error message, or explanation in my account. I am requesting that my money be refunded as soon as possible.
