I Cannot Log Into My Azar iOS Account Due to Constant Connection Error
For about one month, I have been unable to access my Azar account on iOS because of a constant “connection error” message. Each time I try to log in, the same warning appears, and I cannot get into my account. This issue started suddenly—I never had such a problem before.
I already tried all the usual troubleshooting steps: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, switching internet connections, and restarting my device. Unfortunately, none of these attempts fixed the problem. My username is “Süse”, I am connecting from Ankara, and I do not have any paid subscriptions tied to this account.
This ongoing issue has left me frustrated, as I can no longer use the app as intended. I have not yet been able to reach Azar’s customer support team, but I expect a prompt solution.
I am requesting that Azar immediately investigate and resolve this technical issue so that I can log into my account again without errors. Users should not be locked out of their accounts for weeks without clear guidance or support.
