I have been unable to log in to the Azar app on my Samsung Galaxy M20 for the past four days. Every time I try to open the app, it displays the message: “Check your internet connection.” However, my internet is working perfectly fine—other apps run without any issue.
I have tested the app on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the same error appears. To troubleshoot, I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and also restarted my phone, but none of these steps resolved the problem.
In the past, I experienced a similar issue, but it eventually fixed itself. This time, however, the problem has persisted much longer, leaving me unable to access the app at all. I have not yet contacted Azar customer support.
My account is registered under the email address i******@gmail.com**, and I live in Ankara. I do not currently use any paid features of the app, but I still expect to be able to access my account without interruption.
I request that Azar’s support team urgently investigate this login error on the Samsung Galaxy M20, fix whatever is causing it, and restore my access to the app. Users should not be locked out for days due to technical issues, especially when the problem is unrelated to their internet connection.
