Axa Insurance Claim Ignored - No Response, No Resolution
Why did Axa acquire Groupama if they have no intention of following up on matters? I filed a claim with Groupama Insurance on February 11th, but I am still waiting for a resolution. I'm unable to get in touch with anyone, as nobody is responding and there's nobody available to have a conversation with. If this keeps up, I won't be insuring anything with these companies in the future. If this situation continues for an extended period, I will terminate the agreement and pursue legal measures.
