Avatar Life Account Recovery Failed, No Support Response for 15 Days

Hello, I need urgent help with my Avatar Life account. I have been trying to recover my account for the past 15 days, but every time I attempt to reset my password, I receive the error message: “activation period expired.”
I have sent multiple emails to support, but I have not received even a single reply. It is extremely frustrating to be completely ignored while being locked out of my account. I invested a lot of time into this game, and it is unfair that I cannot regain access simply because of a broken recovery system.
I am asking the Avatar Life support team to take responsibility, respond to my emails, and help me recover my account as soon as possible. Players should not be left without assistance for weeks when all they need is a password reset.
