On September 18, 2025, a charge of $56 was made to my Halkbank credit card under the name Avast Avant, even though I have never signed up for any Avast service. I did not receive any membership confirmation, invoice, or notification email regarding this transaction. The payment appears to have been processed in Bursa, Turkey, and I can clearly see the transaction in my account statement, but I cannot access a receipt or any further details.
This transaction was entirely unauthorized and made without my consent. I request that my financial loss be compensated immediately and that the charged amount be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and transparently.
