Agoda Charged My Card Without Permission — How to Report and Get Money Back

On November 1, 2025, at 8:38 PM, an unauthorized charge of $51 was made on my VakıfBank credit card ending in 5050 to agoda.com under the name “Black pala.” I did not make or authorize this reservation or any related transaction.

I tried to contact Agoda about this issue but could not find any way to reach them directly. I have already contacted my bank and secured my card, but no solution has been provided regarding the payment.

I request that the identity of the person responsible for this unauthorized charge be investigated and that the $51 withdrawn without my consent be refunded to my account. I urge Agoda to provide immediate support and resolve this issue promptly to address my financial loss.
