I am an Avakin Life player using an iPhone via the App Store, and my account with the username “learnor Kate” and email address “uzukecu***@gmail.com” was suspended today for alleged scamming. The account is currently level 6. When I tried to log in, I saw that the reason was stated as “scamming,” but I have not been given any clear explanation or details about what exactly I am accused of doing. I strongly believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding my account, and I would like my situation to be reviewed. I have not received any response or clarification so far, and I am left unable to access my account without understanding what has actually happened. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the suspension be removed. I am ready to comply fully with Avakin Life’s rules and can assure you that such a situation will not occur again. I would appreciate it if you could reactivate my account or at least provide specific information or evidence about the alleged scamming, so that I can understand and avoid any similar issues in the future.
