I Demand Review of Unjustified Hornet Suspension

I am using the Hornet application on my iPhone, and my account, linked to the email address “Hwanphanus***@gmail.com,” was suddenly suspended today, with the information that it had been reported. I did not receive any clear explanation about what specifically caused this suspension, and I am therefore unable to understand which content or action supposedly violated the rules. I am requesting that my account be reviewed in detail and reactivated, as I believe this suspension is unjustified. If there is any content that is considered problematic, I would like to be informed clearly so that I can correct it and continue to use my account in line with the community guidelines. I kindly ask for my account to be reactivated as soon as possible, or at least to receive a clear and detailed explanation regarding the reason for this suspension.
